- A Custom Designed Thread Pouch. We designed our product pouch to resist heat and moisture, maintaining product stability and viability more so than any other thread pouch in the market today. This is a crucial step in quality product delivery. If the contents of the pouches are not diligently protected from heat, light and moisture the chemical compound of the sutures can begin to break down and oxidize.
- Peace of mind. Les Encres is registered with the FDA (#10058431) and offers a General Liability and Product Liability Insurance Policy. We are the only thread company in the industry to have $2,000,000 liability policies, both General and Product liability.

Whether you are new to cosmetic threads or are wanting to expand your current skill set, we offer ongoing educational opportunities to help you increase your threading confidence and expand your practice's treatment options. A small minimum thread order is required to book your initial Les Encres Educational Session. Threads purchased for your session must correspond with your pre-selected treatment areas and will arrive the day of your session with your Educator.
Please work hand in hand with your Les Encres Sales Partner to complete and submit one of the following options. Select the Canvas Session Guide if this is your initial training with Les Encres.
Select the continuing education option if you have previously completed a Canvas Session with Les Encres and are looking to customize your threading continuing education.
We are thrilled to be helping you increase not just your threading skills but also your revenue! If your session day is approximately one week away, please review the Canvas Session checklist, ensure you have the necessary supplies on site, read the digital Canvas Manual in detail and double check that all your attending injectors have completed the required pre-assessment survey (and read the digital Canvas Manual). It is imperative you are ready to hit the ground running as the time with your Coach will go by quickly! All the necessary links and templates can be found here.

Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of payment of orders place Monday-Thursday. To maintain product standards, we do not ship on Fridays. We make every attempt to process overnight orders. Our warehouse operates Monday – Thursday 9am-3pm EST. All overnight orders must be received no later than 2pm EST to be processed for overnight delivery. Saturday deliveries are not guaranteed. All delivery times are approximate and at the sole discretion and responsibility of the shipping carrier. Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking link from which you will be able to follow the progress of your shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping carrier. Upon delivery, you will receive a confirmation email outlining the details of your delivery as outlined by the shipping carrier. All items are subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer to have the item(s) replaced with similar or like items of equal value. Les Encres is not responsible for any lost, damaged or undeliverable items. Unless you have purchased additional insurance, parcels are insured for loss and damage up to $100. Les Encres will process a replacement order for the maximum insured amount as soon as the carrier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
Refunds or exchanges will not be given on any open pouches of threads or product after 10 days of receipt of order. All credits will be reflected in Customer’s account to apply toward future purchases. Customer must report any errors and/or discrepancies in orders within 48 hours of receipt, Les Encres is not obligated to issue credit for errors on discrepancies not reported within such time period. Credits will be issued at the original purchase price shown on the invoice or current program price (whichever is less), less the amount of off-invoice allowances or adjustments, including but not limited to a 10% handling charge, restrictions and/or adjustments. Items returned due to Customer error or overstocking are subject to a 25% handling charge. All returns must comply with these terms and conditions and all applicable laws, rules and regulations.

If your call relates specifically to a treatment complication, we will need the following information in order to provide assistance:
- Date of insertion
- Treatment area(s)
- The type(s) of threads used
- Lot Numbers
- The numbing medication used
- The onset Date of symptoms
- Patient’s medical history
- A list of other treatments performed at time the of insertion
- Any additional treatment history in the treated area (previous surgeries, implants, fillers, ect)
